An upright, blue rectangular sign, approximately 2 feet by 2 feet, displaying white graphics signifying an assembly point, is centrally positioned outdoors in an undeveloped area within or near Qorovulbozor, Uzbekistan. The sign features four white arrows pointing inwards towards a central image of three stylized white human figures, consisting of two larger figures and one smaller figure positioned centrally and slightly above them. A small, closed red pocket knife is affixed horizontally to the sign below the figures. The sign exhibits a V-shaped tear at its top center and multiple small circular marks (approximately 0.5 cm in diameter) near the upper part of the graphic. It is mounted to a rough, vertical wooden pole, which is partially wrapped with dark material. The pole is embedded in sandy, uneven ground covered with sparse, dry, light-brown vegetation and scattered debris, including a dark irregular object to the left of the pole.
