An outdoor scene in Sidi Moussa Ben Ali, Morocco, depicts an active construction or excavation site under a clear, bright blue sky. The foreground and midground consist of extensively disturbed, muddy earth with numerous standing water puddles, suggesting recent precipitation or excavation activity. Several orange flexible pipes or hoses are laid across the muddy terrain, some partially submerged. White pipes and metal stakes are also visible. In the midground, a prominent red drilling rig or truck-mounted crane with a long, articulated boom extends upwards from a white chassis. A white pickup truck is parked adjacent to the rig, with a blue tarp spread on the ground nearby. Further into the midground and background, a large excavated earth mound with visible cut faces is present. A smaller, yellowish excavator or similar machinery is positioned on top of this mound. Hilly terrain with sparse green vegetation and exposed soil flanks the excavation area on both sides. One individual, possibly a worker, is faintly visible in the midground near the base of the red rig, wearing what appears to be an orange safety vest.
