Several thin, black utility lines run diagonally across the sky from the bottom left toward the upper right corner. The remaining two-thirds of the image feature a large rock outcropping or hill. The rock is composed of numerous large boulders and exposed, coarse rock. The hillside is overgrown with sparse patches of greenery. Adjacent to the rock hill is a gray block wall, partially constructed, stretching horizontally across the middle and right of the image. Some small plants are growing near the base of the wall. Near the bottom right of the image is bare, sandy ground. A small black bird is perched on a dry, brittle stalk. At the base of the wall, further to the left, are sections of concrete wall, and tanks and other structures are visible.
