Molo wardKenya

The image depicts a rural or semi-urban scene in Molo ward, Kenya, featuring the PCEA Milimani Church. In the upper background, a multi-story building constructed of light-colored concrete blocks and partially plastered, likely the church, is visible with a gabled roof and four rectangular windows on its upper facade. A wooden fence, composed of vertical, irregular stakes, runs along the base of the church building, partially obscured by dense green shrubs. Two utility poles, one wooden and one rusty metal, stand in the mid-ground. The wooden pole has several papers affixed to it. In the mid-ground and foreground, the terrain consists of unpaved, red-brown earth forming a sloped surface with visible erosion, interspersed with patches of green grass and weeds. A white rectangular sign, supported by wooden posts, is situated in the mid-ground, displaying "PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF EAST AFRICA", "MOLO PARISH", and "PCEA MILIMANI CHURCH" with a directional arrow pointing left. In the lower foreground, a concrete culvert with an arched opening is embedded into an earthen embankment, designed to facilitate drainage beneath an unpaved road or pathway. Scattered litter, including plastic bags and wrappers, is visible on the grassy areas around the culvert and along the ground. No individuals are present in the frame.
