There are notices posted on the walls inside the building, written in Bulgarian. There are stone steps leading down from the entrance. One of the signs inside the door says, "Уважаеми съседи, моля не отваряйте вратата без чин! Дърпането на вратата поврежда механизма и повече ремонти не са възможни. Бъдете отговории!" which roughly translates to, "Dear neighbors, please do not open the door without a key! Pulling the door damages the mechanism and repairs are no longer possible. Be responsible!" The building may be in Kozloduy, Bulgaria.
