The image displays an upward-angled exterior view of the Church of Saints Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, under a clear blue sky. The church walls are constructed from irregular, rough-hewn light-brown and grey stone blocks. A prominent white cornice with a patterned relief runs horizontally beneath the red-brown terracotta tiled roof. A fluted, stone pilaster is visible on the right side of the main wall. The facade features several window and door openings. Two upper-level arched windows are fitted with dark, intricate wrought-iron grates. Below these, two smaller, rounded archways are visible, infilled with exposed red brick and appearing to have broken or absent window panes. To the far right, a larger, dark, ornate wrought-iron door or window is present. A bell tower rises above the main structure, featuring a multi-sided, off-white upper section with arched openings, each containing dark railings. This section is capped by a steep, verdigris-green conical spire, which is topped with a small, rounded finial and a stylized metal cross. No individuals are visible. Sparse tree branches are discernible on the lower-left, with a fragment of another building visible behind them.
