An illuminated clock tower stands prominently against a dark, clear night sky in Svishtov, Bulgaria
Short TermAn illuminated clock tower stands prominently against a dark, clear night sky in Svishtov, Bulgaria. The tower's lower section consists of a square base constructed from coarse, dark stone or brick masonry, exhibiting irregular textures and visible mortar lines. Patches of green vegetation, consistent with moss or small plants, adhere to the stone surface, particularly along the top edge of this lower section. Above the stone base, a light-colored cornice transitions to an octagonal upper structure clad with vertical reddish-brown wooden planks. Two circular clock faces are visible on the wooden section. The clock face on the right displays Arabic numerals from 10 to 8, with the hour hand positioned between 1 and 2, and the minute hand pointing directly at 10, indicating approximately 1:50. The tower is brightly illuminated by several external, upward-pointing yellowish-white lights that highlight the textures of the stone and wooden structures. Internal lighting also emanates from the belfry area within the wooden section, illuminating the clock faces. A dark, pointed spire tops the tower. Lush green foliage from trees or bushes partially frames the tower on both the left and right sides of the image, with some leaves also catching the artificial light. No individuals or animals are present in the scene.
