Two domestic dogs are observed in coitus on an unpaved dirt path in Adonkolo, Nigeria. The dog anteriorly positioned is white with light brown patches on its back and head, facing left. The dog posteriorly positioned is predominantly brown with lighter legs and underbelly, facing right, with its hindquarters coupled with the white dog. Both animals stand on reddish-brown soil featuring scattered small rocks, debris, and irregular patches of green grass. A shallow, dark, muddy depression containing embedded stones is visible to the immediate left of the animals. The dirt path extends into the background, flanked by dense green bushy vegetation on both sides. In the distant background, several low-rise, light-colored buildings with dark roofs are partially visible above the vegetation line.
