AkwangaNigeria

The image displays a close-up, elevated view of multiple large land snails resting on green foliage and dark, moist earth, consistent with a snail farm or natural habitat in Akwanga, Nigeria. Approximately five Giant African Land Snails are present, identifiable by their conical, ribbed shells ranging in color from reddish-brown to light beige, and their visible striped bodies. One prominent snail in the lower-right features a light-beige, smooth shell, positioned alongside a smaller, conical snail with a lighter, more translucent shell. The largest shell, in the upper-left, is reddish-brown and tapering. The ground is composed of dark, damp soil. Overlapping the soil are numerous large, green leaves, some exhibiting irregular perforations indicative of consumption. White, granular residue is scattered on the soil. No human figures or manufactured objects are visible. The scene is static, depicting the snails at rest within their environment.
