Two light-colored Zebu oxen are positioned on a muddy track in Kujama, Nigeria. Both animals possess a distinct dorsal hump and prominent, curved horns. The ox on the left has its eyes partially closed, with a dark rope tied around its snout and extending forward. The ox on the right, also with a rope around its snout, appears to be yoked or tethered to the first, facing slightly right with its eyes open. Both oxen's lower legs are soiled with dark brown mud.
