An exterior building wall in Tbilisi, Georgia, features extensive graffiti. The wall exhibits severe weathering with crumbling plaster exposing underlying brickwork. A blue rectangular street sign with the white number "18" is affixed near the top-center. The primary graffiti artwork covers a significant portion of the wall, characterized by a vibrant, multi-color background in shades of light blue, purple, yellow, and green. Centrally, a stylized eye is depicted in white with a dark outline and concentric circles for the iris and pupil. Above and to the left of the eye, light blue calligraphic text or abstract shapes are present. Below the eye, further light blue calligraphic elements are visible. Near the bottom-center, a green, leaf-like shape contains white, possibly East Asian script, from which a thin, dark, stylized plant stem with small branches extends upwards.
