The floor is paved with a pattern of alternating light and dark beige square tiles. At the far end, the grand high altar is a dominant feature, constructed of dark, intricately carved wood with extensive gold gilding. Its central altarpiece is a large painting depicting a multi-figure religious scene. Gilded columns and niches containing statues flank the altarpiece. A smaller, dark wooden altar table or tabernacle stands directly in front of the main altarpiece, with two candles placed on it.
