MadaraBulgaria

A small, mottled brown and dark grey lizard is observed stationary on a textured rock surface in Madara, Bulgaria. The lizard is positioned in the lower-center of the frame, oriented with its head facing left and its tail extending to the right across the rock. The immediate foreground and area around the lizard contain sparse growths of small plants, primarily succulents with reddish-green foliage, interspersed with dark soil and light grey rock. The upper background is dominated by a large, rough rock face exhibiting varying shades of light grey and beige, with areas of darker discoloration or biological growth. Bright sunlight illuminates the scene, casting distinct shadows of thin, bare twigs across the upper right portion of the rock and behind the lizard.
