A tall, green columnar cactus, prominently featured in a vertical orientation, is decorated to resemble a human figure. At its apex, a miniature straw sombrero with a multi-colored striped brim is tilted on the cactus. Below this, a pair of round, dark-lensed sunglasses are positioned. Further down, a green, pointy artificial nose is affixed, beneath which a black, curved handlebar mustache is placed. Below the mustache, a set of bright pink artificial lips with visible white teeth and a long, pink tongue protruding downwards is attached. Two small paper flags of Mexico, each featuring green, white, and red vertical stripes with the national coat of arms in the center, are inserted into the cactus with slender wooden sticks, one on the left and one on the right, approximately at the mid-section. Near the base of the visible cactus segment, a yellow, ribbed fabric bow tie is wrapped around it. The cactus stands against a light-colored wall adorned with a pale green pattern of vertical, stylized tree branches.
