The image displays a snow-covered World War II memorial monument located in Bolshaya Elhovka, Lyambirsky District, Republic of Mordovia, Russia. The central feature is a large monument consisting of three stylized, standing figures, heavily obscured by accumulated snow, positioned in front of three tall, dark, rectangular pillars. The central figure appears to hold a snow-covered object, possibly a weapon. These figures stand on a tiered, snow-laden base. On the front of this base, partially embedded in the snow, are red block numerals clearly reading "1941-1945". To the immediate right of these dates, a small, visible flame burns from a stone receptacle, indicative of an eternal flame. The entire foreground and the base of the monument are blanketed in undisturbed white snow, with a few faint human footprints visible on the ground directly in front. In the background to the right, a dense cluster of snow-dusted conifer trees is present, with a white street lamp post partially discernible behind them. To the left background, a multi-story building with white walls and red trim is visible, its roof also covered in snow. The sky is clear and light blue. No individuals are present in the immediate scene.
