A repurposed metal structure, possibly a trailer, features a chain-driven mechanism. Two rusty sprockets are connected by a chain to a large spoked wheel, mounted inside the metal frame. The interior has a gray, possibly galvanized, sheet metal lining. Electrical wiring, conduit, and what appears to be a control box are mounted along the top right interior. The trailer frame extends outward, resting on a concrete surface and strewn with debris and fallen leaves. There are some cars and trees nearby.
