The monument consists of a tall, light-colored rectangular pedestal topped by a white stone bust of a figure, appearing to be a woman, with a hooded or draped head covering and hands clasped. A rectangular metal plaque is affixed to the front of the pedestal, displaying Bulgarian text: "ГЕН. Б. ПИРОНКОВ-1944", "ПОЛК. В. ПОЛ. САВОВ---", "ПОДОФ. НЕНО ИВ. САВОВ ---", "К.П.ОДОФ ДИМО Д. РОЙЛЕВ-1945", and "ВАСИЛ ГЕНЕВ с ВИДЕН". Below the plaque, at the base of the monument, is a functional fountain. Water continuously streams from the mouth of a white stone lion's head relief into a rectangular stone basin. The overflow from the basin drains into a metal grate set within an irregularly laid flagstone pathway. The surrounding environment consists of a grassy lawn and numerous tall, mature trees with dense green foliage, casting shadows. In the background to the left, another white vertical monument is visible, along with distant park benches and a blue and yellow flag on a flagpole. The scene is illuminated by natural daylight.
