The scene is captured at Oduma Hill, Nigeria, displaying an overhead view of a deceased or incapacitated large snake resting on dry, sandy-brown earth. The snake exhibits a distinct pattern of dark, irregular geometric shapes on a lighter gray-tan background. Multiple areas of reddish-brown discoloration, consistent with dried blood, are visible along its dorsal surface. The snake's body is coiled and appears stiff. Its caudal (tail) end is bound with a piece of light-brown, coarse fibrous material, which is additionally secured to a translucent blue plastic object or bag. Surrounding the snake on the ground are several objects: a white cylindrical piece of debris is located to the upper left of the snake's body, and two small, irregular, light-brown fragments (possibly bone or dried organic material) are visible, one near the upper right and another towards the lower right of the snake.
