The fly exhibits prominent reddish-orange compound eyes and a yellowish-orange facial region. White fibrous material, consistent with fungal growth or other organic adhesion, is observed on its head and thorax. The thorax and abdomen are dark, displaying iridescent blue-green tones and varied surface textures. Two translucent, membranous wings are visible, folded upward and slightly crumpled.
